A knowledge of cancer biology and bioinformatics enables the design and development of efficient targeted drug delivery systems, biosensors for cancer biomarker detection, advanced imaging tools for diagnosis, data analysis and computational modeling, and materials for regenerative medicine, considering the impact of cancer on tissues. Currently, my research involves analyzing datasets using Seurat to identify the heterogeneous cell population through machine learning approaches. I am also studying and analyzing RNA interference nanotherapeutics for treating glioblastoma, which adds valuable information to my understanding of cancer biology.
